Welcome!

I am honored to be a witness to this period of your life.

Whether you are a caregiver who focuses on the care of others while going through a major transition of your own, a high-achieving executive with executive dysfunction trying to get by without unravelling, or you are navigating a life changing medical diagnosis and you aren’t certain what comes next, I am here to support you.

I work best with those who feel that the world will fall apart if they let up the pressure they are holding, for even a moment. The “I will just do it myself” “I don’t want to be a burden” “I can’t let anyone down” individuals who just need space to be held.

My practice for the past decade in mental health and my 5+ years as an executive level leader have equipped with with the knowledge, experience, and tools to support adult women and men – especially caregivers and those in helper fields/healthcare – face transition, hardship, and disconnection from self.

You are more than what you do for others or who you are for those around you. You are deserving of this time, this space, and these resources – the chance to re-learn how to slow down, to take care of yourself, and release that pressure. I promise, the world will stay whole. I will hold it with you.

My Approach to Supporting You

As a therapist and as a person, I live and work through values of honesty, transparency, and compassion.

I operate from a skills based lens, blending CBT, DBT, and ACT informed approaches as needed based on the individual’s needs. I aim to help clients develop and practice the tools and skills that will help them feel more regulated, grounded, and connected to peace in their day to day.

I am highly trauma informed, trained in EMDR and somatic work, and utilize Internal Family Systems parts work and an attachment based lens often. My general approach pulls from an eclectic blend of trauma, experiential, and somatic treatment approaches to get to the root of the issue to support your current needs in a sustainable way.

Who am I?

Outside of my role as a therapist, I love supporting growing mental health providers. I have worked in small start-up spaces and large fast-paced growing spaces and the main thing that stayed consistent was my passion for supporting those around me to ensure they were set up for success. My brain is built for creating systems and my heart makes sure those systems work for real human beings, and not just numbers. I believe that we should all continue learning as much as we can, so I spend a lot of time exploring and learning.

When I am not engaging in work or a passion project, I am with my family. I have two littles (who are not so little anymore) and a supportive husband who has been by my side for almost 20 years. We live in Nashville and love to be silly, have dance parties, read stories, and snuggle up for family movie nights. I also watch a lot of tv, from reality competition shows and psychological thrillers to cheesy dating shows and primetime dramas, I’m a fan and will always take new recommendations!

Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions
What services do you offer?

I offer individual outpatient therapy for adults, age 18-65+. I do not provide couples or family therapy, nor do I work directly with anyone under 18, but I have some wonderful colleagues to whom I can refer you if you are ever in need of that support!

What kind of clients do you work with?

My primary focus and demographic is supporting helpers navigating life transitions, specifically caregivers, healthcare workers, and parents navigating stressers, including cancer, neurodivergence, and other medical/hormonal adjustments.

I also have a deep experience and love for working with those struggling with anxiety, body image, disordered eating, OCD, and personality disorder traits.

Do you have an office space for sessions?

At this time, virtual services are the only option for care for TN based clients.

Pricing & Payment
What are your session rates?

My self-pay rate for a 60 min session is $175. I am panelled with several in-network insurance providers and can offer a sliding scale as well.

Do you charge a late cancellation/no-show rate?

I understand that things happen! Ideally, any cancellation will be shared with 24+hr notice prior to the session. For sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we will work to reschedule within the same week. If we are unable to reschedule, those will result in a $100 cancellation fee. No-shows (not attending session within 10 min of start time without communication) will result in a $150 no-show fee. These fees are charged directly to the responsible party’s credit card on file.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and a select number of insurances. Billing occurs within various platforms. For OON services, I can provide a superbill upon request.

Technical Support
How do I get rescheduled?

There are several ways that we can reschedule our time together.

  • You can get scheduled and reschedule directly via the online portal you sign up through.
  • You can message me through the portal to find an alternative time.
  • You can email me directly to find an alternative time.
  • Lastly, you can call or text to find an alternative. Because I might miss your call, I may follow up with a message via your platform’s online portal.

We will always work to schedule several sessions out to ensure we don’t miss each other if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. We will also confirm the next session each time when we end our time together.

What if I have issues getting connected to my telehealth appointment?

Current clients experiencing technical issues can text and email me and I can provide an alternative platform to ensure care is accessible. When needed, we can troubleshoot via phone call and transition to a phone session as needed.

What if I have a crisis?

Your safety is important to me. I do not provide crisis management services, so if you are having an emergent mental health crisis, are having suicidal thoughts, or are in need of immediate care, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency services facility, or call/text 988.
