Supporting Clients in Tennessee, Georgia, + Florida.
Welcome!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider, Registered Play Therapist™, and Approved Clinical Supervisor with 8 years of experience working with women, children, and teens throughout the Nashville, Tennessee area. I hold a masters degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University.
I believe that therapy is a basic human right and should be accessible to everyone. I desire to support people in understanding familial, environmental, and systemic influences that can impact the lens through which they see themselves. I’m grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, creating spaces in which clients feel safe and comfortable to show up as they are. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, measurement-based care and elements of Reality Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My Services + Populations I Support
Children (Ages 7-12)
I utilize a combination of child-centered play therapy and directive approaches to empower children to process big feelings through play while also utilizing activities and games to build coping skills. I partner and collaborate with parents throughout the entire therapy process through check ins before and after sessions and in parent-only sessions. I provide parenting feedback to help integrate therapy resourcing at home.

Teens (Ages 13-17)

Adults (18+)
I work with adults who experience anxiety, depression, OCD, family/relationship conflict, and trauma by making space to identify sources behind unhelpful patterns and providing skills and strategies to make adjustments that better meet their needs and goals.

Who am I?
Outside of being a therapist, you may find me engaging in a variety of crafts (sewing, embroidery, and knitting), spending time outdoors, and traveling.
